About this showcase
Grove & Ground is a fictional landscaping website showcase created by Enzon Media. Enzon Media’s website identifies its operator as Implementables Pursuit. This notice describes information handled through the showcase.
Information you submit
The example calendar asks for your first and last name, email address, phone number, notes and acknowledgment that this is a demonstration. Your selected time and submitted details are stored in Enzon Media’s HighLevel account as a contact and an unconfirmed example appointment. The process demonstrates an appointment request. It does not book a contractor visit or callback. No payment is collected. This demo calendar currently has no appointment email or SMS notifications or external calendar synchronization enabled.
Browser-only demonstrations
The project helper and example review interaction operate within your browser. Their entries are not submitted to Enzon Media, and the review interaction does not publish a review.
Providers and access
HighLevel/LeadConnector provides hosting and the embedded calendar and processes calendar submissions. People with relevant permissions in Enzon Media’s HighLevel account may access the records. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts and images and scripts from external hosting providers. Your browser sends technical information, including its IP address, when requesting these resources.
Cookies and browser storage
The showcase and embedded calendar use cookies and browser storage. LeadConnector’s msgsndr_id identifies visitor/contact activity and is set for up to 365 days. Cloudflare’s __cf_bm supports bot protection and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. The calendar also stores an identifier named ghl_analytics_user_id in your browser and sends calendar-usage events to LeadConnector. Cookie expiry is separate from the period for which submitted records are stored.
Tracking and browser choices
The calendar loads a Meta script. A review of this showcase did not establish whether that script collects activity across websites. Provider-side retention and cross-site use of identifiers have not been fully verified. The embedded tools continued loading cookies and analytics in a test with browser Do Not Track enabled; do not rely on that signal to prevent these requests.
This showcase currently has no cookie-preference banner. You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser. Blocking them may affect embedded features.
Provider information
Details about provider cookies are available in LeadConnector’s cookie documentation and Cloudflare’s cookie documentation. See also HighLevel’s Privacy Policy and Google’s explanation of privacy and Google Fonts. HighLevel’s general Privacy Policy distinguishes its own platform practices from its processing of customers’ data; it does not replace this showcase notice.
Privacy questions and requests
